Booking & Rental Information
Facilities are available on an hourly or daily rental basis, subject to availability and institutional approval.
All booking requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the proposed event date to allow sufficient time for institutional review, administrative processing, and facility readiness.
Upon institutional approval, full payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking and secure the facility for the scheduled event.
RIF reserves the right to approve or decline booking requests in accordance with its institutional policies and values.
