At the same time, both governments must demonstrate firm and uncompromising resolve against militancy, terrorism, and the exploitation of religion for violent or political purposes. Non-state actors who seek to spread hatred, instability, and conflict have no place in societies that value peace and justice. RIF calls upon both states to adopt a policy of zero tolerance toward militant networks and terrorist safe havens, ensuring that such elements are dismantled with decisive and coordinated action.
Peace between Pakistan and Afghanistan is not merely a political necessity—it is a moral responsibility owed to the people of both nations and to the wider region.
