To ensure structured engagement, interns may be assigned to one of the following tracks based on academic background and institutional needs

Interns at RIF will gain:
Students and researchers interested in obtaining supervisory guidance for their capstone projects or MS/PhD theses may avail expert supervision on a paid basis for the entire project. The services include complete step-by-step guidance, review, documentation, evaluation, and defence preparation. The final project will be published, with the publication fee included in the overall package. Outstanding interns who have completed the Specialized Training Workshops listed above will be considered for future engagement with RIF. Upon completion of their Bachelor’s degree, eligible candidates may apply for the position of Research Associate, subject to institutional requirements and merit-based evaluation.
